As a company with deep roots in Switzerland, we have over 40 years of experience in the labor market and more than 25 years of IT expertise.
Our founders have analyzed the Swiss job market in detail over decades and found that the search for highly qualified IT specialists is becoming increasingly difficult. High salary costs, a shortage of skilled workers and inadequate training for many candidates pose major challenges for companies. To counteract this problem, we founded NextGen Workforce Lda. in Portugal – a location with a dynamic IT sector and a broad pool of excellently trained specialists.
Our founder grew up in Switzerland, lived there for over 40 years and completed all his training in Switzerland. This deep rootedness in the Swiss working world gives us a unique understanding of the requirements and expectations of our customers.
