Job Description:
Cloud Engineer for modern Microsoft infrastructures. Remote from Portugal with a focus on Swiss companies.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, building, and operating hybrid cloud infrastructures (Azure / on-premises)
- Managing and further developing Microsoft environments (Entra ID, Azure, M365)
- Ensuring system stability, security, and scalability
- Implementing modern security concepts (Zero Trust, Conditional Access)
- Supporting Swiss clients with infrastructure and cloud projects
- Analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Close collaboration with architecture, security, and DevOps teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in the Microsoft cloud environment (Azure, Entra ID, M365)
- In-depth understanding of hybrid IT infrastructures
- Experience in networking, security, and identity management
- Knowledge of modern security concepts (Zero Trust, IAM, Conditional Access)
- Experience with automation (e.g., PowerShell)
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
