The specific scope of services, prices, and contractual details are agreed upon individually within the framework of offers and contracts.

Collaboration takes place in close coordination with the client’s responsible contact persons and is based on existing structures, processes, and workflows.

Our teams generally work remotely from Portugal and are fully integrated into our clients’ daily IT operations.
Availability & Organization
Working hours, availability, and organizational frameworks are based on the individual requirements of the client and are agreed upon on a project-specific basis.

The protection of sensitive information is our highest priority.
All services are provided in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR / FADP) as well as contractually agreed confidentiality regulations.
Contractual Basis
All details regarding the collaboration, in particular the scope of services, prices, terms, termination regulations, and liability, are regulated individually and transparently in the respective contract.
